You will discover the best one of our gastronomy, from the most ancestral dishes of our gastronomy to our more than renowned avant-garde cuisine.

GUIDED TOUR IN TOLOSA MARKET + TOLOSA BEANS MENU On Saturdays at 11.00 am.
Guided tour to the Tolosa Market (Tinglado and Plaza Berdura) with pintxo tasting based on market produce and drink at the Lurretik Sukaldera stand. Menu beans of Tolosa: Tolosa beans with chilli peppers from Ibarra and their sacraments. Wine from Rioja Alavesa, Txakoli, Cider or water and coffee included (Restaurante Betai-alai or Botarri).

GRAB YOUR PINTXO ( Everyday at 19.30 pm.)
In the tour Grab Your Pintxo, the visitor will have the opportunity to experience a guided tour through San Sebastian, where s/he will learn about the gastronomy, history and culture of the Basque Country. The tour includes 5 pintxos (snacks) and 3 drinks from prestigious bars that are mainly not located in the Old Town area.

TASTING MENU IN MIRADOR DE ULIA RESTAURANT (1* Michelin)
The gardens, described by some as an authentic oasis on Ulia Mountain, are perfect for holding receptions or other celebrations. The main dining room, decorated by Juan María Navascués, is where large meetings can be held, never losing the perspective of the views. However, the terrace is the truly magical place for contemplating the unbeatable views which start at Zurriola beach and on clear days stretch out along the entire Guipuzcoan coastline, finally disappearing behind the Getaria peninsula.
Rubén Trincado He won the Martín Berasategui-Alcorta Mini-Kitchen Award in 2006. He recently received the 1st Michelin star in 2010.Rubén Trincado offers innovate cooking, free of complexes but rooted in traditional cooking. This is where he has inherited his passion for the flavours and aromas to which he then applies the most avant-garde techniques to surprise diners with the creations on their plates, but above all with the precision.
